Designed to meet the needs of the most demanding players, the Drax is much more than just a racket; it is the result of an extensive process of research, development and testing into which StarVie´s experts have poured all their experience and knowledge.
Two versions to suit different playing styles:
- Drax Pro Touch: Ideal for advanced players looking for maximum power and control. With its medium-hard rubber and double layer of 12K carbon fibre, this racket offers exceptional performance on court.
- Drax Soft 30: Designed for a more versatile game, this version features a softer rubber for increased ball speed as well as excellent manoeuvrability and playing comfort, perfect for intermediate players looking for a versatile game.
New Technological Features
- Two layers of 12K carbon on the racket head surface. This material is more flexible than 3K carbon, so it means a softer feel and great ball rebound, however, the Drax racket is stiffened by the use of two layers of this carbon and so this gives extra power and control.
- Pro Touch rubber of medium-hard density, which provides an exceptional combination of control and power, as well as greater sensitivity when hitting the ball.
- Racing Tech technology applied to the flat surface of the racket. This new rough texture, achieved directly from the aluminium mould, increases durability and it creates multiple angled edges that increase ball spin.
- The Hepta Bridge is a technology applied to the heart of the racket. Its 7-sided geometric structure provides stability, reducing twisting and bending of the racket, and gives it extra lightness and manoeuvrability. In addition, as it is a geometric heart, it distributes the forces evenly, improving the absorption of the vibrations generated when you hit the ball.
- The Airflow Design are indentations applied to the profile of the racket that help to reduce the weight of the racket. This allows the racket to move in a more efficient and agile way through the air, helping players to generate more speed and power in their shots.
