1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The original proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your return authorization, and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
4. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the steps in section 3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
